Biodiesel immediately and seamlessly transforms
a diesel fleet into a cleaner burning, alternatively
fueled fleet without added investment in
infrastructure. However, cold-weather operational
problems have limited its use during winter months.
Power Service Arctic Express® Biodiesel Antigel
eliminates cold-weather operational problems
associated with the use of diesel fuels containing
up to 20% biodiesel (B20). Arctic Express® Biodiesel Antigel keeps fuel-filters from plugging with wax
and prevents fuel gelling without the need to blend
with No. 1 diesel fuel or kerosene.
Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD)
Compliant — contains less than 15 parts
per million (ppm) sulfur
Effective in all diesel fuels, including
ULSD and biodiesel blends containing
up to 20 percent biodiesel (B20)
Effectively treats biodiesel made from
soybeans, vegetable oils or fats (yellow
grease); results with animal fat biodiesel
B20 blends may vary, and may require
higher dosages to improve Cold-Filter
Plugging Point (CFPP)
Prevents fuel gelling in B20 fuels
in temperatures as low as -40°F —
keeps fuel liquid during extended
engine shutdowns
Exceeds the Cold-Filter Plugging Point
(CFPP) and Pour Point performance of
a B20 fuel blended with 50 percent
No. 1 diesel
Reduces or may eliminate the
requirement for blending with No. 1
diesel fuel or kerosene
Reduces wear rates on fuel injectors and
pumps that are associated with the use
of No. 1 diesel fuel or kerosene
Superior lubrication requirements of
biodiesel provide decreased wear rates on
fuel injection pumps and injectors
Allows for the implementation of a biodiesel
alternative fuel program during winter months
and a cleaner environment with less dependency
on crude-derived feed stocks

Directions:
Add one gallon of Arctic Express Biodiesel Antigel to each
500 gallons of B20 fuel. To ensure thorough mixing, add Arctic
Express Biodiesel Antigel to tanks prior to filling with B20 fuel.
Additive will not properly disperse in the fuel without splash
blending or mixing. Arctic Express Biodiesel Antigel should be
added to the fuel at a temperature higher than the fuel’s cloud
point – typically a temperature of +20°F. STORE ABOVE 0°F.
